Bags must be returned using the Platform’s approved delivery method, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
If a bag is lost or damaged beyond repair, the member may be required to pay the replacement cost, which is determined by the Platform’s valuation.
Members are responsible for maintaining the condition of rented bags during their possession and must prevent damage, theft, or loss.
