Who can join 12 O’Clock Club?

Anyone aged 18 or over can apply to join our exclusive designer bag rental service. All members must complete an ID verification process before approval. Whether you want to rent designer bags in the UK for daily use or rent a Louis Vuitton bag for a special event, membership gives you access to a wide range of mens designer bags, luxury backpacks, messenger bags, and crossbody bags.

Is membership limited?

Yes, to maintain exclusivity. If we’re full, you’ll be placed on a waiting list and notified when a space becomes available. This ensures members always have access to premium designer handbags to rent in the UK without long delays.

Can I rejoin after my term ends?

You must reapply and join the waiting list again. Re-entry is based on past member history. Previous members often return to continue enjoying luxury bag rental benefits like designer backpacks for men, Louis Vuitton messenger bags, and Gucci crossbody bags.

What membership plans are available?

You can join for:

3 months
6 months
12 months

All plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable. Each plan gives you access to mens designer bags, luxury shoulder bags, and designer pouches for men from brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, and Goyard.

How much does membership cost?

Prices vary depending on your chosen plan. Example: the Devoted Plan costs £1,679.88 annually. Compared to buying expensive handbags outright, this makes renting designer handbags in the UK a more affordable way to enjoy Louis Vuitton backpacks, Gucci duffle bags, and Prada work bags.

Is payment monthly or upfront?

All membership payments are billed upfront, though some options allow monthly billing for convenience. Whether you rent a designer bag for men like a messenger bag or a luxury leather backpack, payments are flexible to fit your budget.

How many bags can I borrow at once?

Members can borrow one bag at a time. You can choose from mens designer crossbody bags, Louis Vuitton keepall bags, Goyard messenger bags, and other luxury shoulder bags for men.

How often can I swap bags?

You can swap every 28 days, provided your current bag has been returned. Extra swaps cost £20 each (subject to availability). Many members use this to rotate between designer backpacks, mens messenger bags, and black leather crossbody bags for different occasions.

How do I return a bag?

Use the original packaging provided or secure protective packaging. Late returns incur a £15/day fee.

What happens if I return a bag late?

You’ll be charged £15 per day until we receive the item. Excessive lateness may result in:

Membership termination
Debt collection referral
Full retail value charge
Negative credit reporting

What if I damage or lose a bag?

You’ll be charged based on repair costs, or up to the full retail value of the bag. Non-payment will lead to legal action. Protecting luxury designer bags ensures future members can continue enjoying them.

What if I try to swap a real bag for a fake?

Doing so will result in:

Permanent ban
Full value charge
Legal action and debt recovery
Credit score impact

Can I lend the bag to someone else or use it for a photoshoot?

No. Bags must only be used by the verified member. Commercial use, modification, or third-party sharing is prohibited.

What happens if I don’t follow the rules?

Violations will result in:

Account suspension or termination
Legal action
Debt collection referrals

Bag Authenticity

All bags are authenticated by our in-house team. Limited edition pieces are verified by trusted third-party services who provide certification.

Info about bag condition

Bag condition varies — some are brand new, others have light wear. All are rated at least 7/10 and professionally cleaned by our partner, KleanKicks, after each use.

What is the peer-to-peer marketplace?

A separate feature allowing users to rent or lend designer bags, clothes, shoes, and accessories to each other.

Do I need to verify my identity for rentals?

Yes, identity verification is mandatory for both Renters and Lenders.

How are rental items handled?

Renters must inspect and care for items, and return them on time.
Lenders must ensure items are authentic, clean, and in excellent condition.

What if a rental item is returned late or damaged?

Late fee: £15 per day
Damage/loss: Charged up to the full item value
Excessively dirty returns may incur a cleaning fee.

How are debts handled?

Unpaid fees will be sent to a debt collection agency. Costs will be added to your debt and may impact your credit score.

Can terms change?

Yes. We may update our Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant updates.

How do I return my bag to 12oClock Club?

To return your bag to 12oClock Club, follow these simple steps with Royal Mail:

Put the bag back into the box and ensure it’s securely sealed with tape.
Include all accessories and dustbags (if provided).
If reusing your 12oClock Club box (or a similar box), remove any old shipping labels.
Attach your Royal Mail label (including barcode & address) to the outside of the box.
Drop the box off at your nearest Royal Mail location or arrange a collection.

You must obtain proof of postage and keep it safe until you have received your return confirmation, as this acts as your proof of delivery. If you schedule a collection via Royal Mail, your proof of postage will be your email confirmation. If you leave a bag unattended, even in a safe place, it is still considered to be in your possession, and you are responsible and liable for that bag.

It is your responsibility to follow the steps above. Failure to do so could lead to the bag going missing, so please ensure these steps are followed correctly, otherwise you may be liable to pay for a replacement.

If you would like us to arrange an alternative courier for returns, please let us know at membership@12oclockclub.co.uk, as this service will cost an additional fee.

I didn't get a return label with my order, do I need one?

Please notify us at membership@12oclock.club If you have lost your Royal Mail label, we may need to charge an additional fee to book an alternative courier.

How do I know my bag has been successfully returned?

Once we have received the bag back into our warehouse, it is subject to a physical inspection, then processed for return. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been returned. If your order has been returned with damage that was not there when the bag was sent out to you, we will send you a separate email regarding the damage and outlining the next steps.

What if I am not able to return my bag within the specified time?

As a 12oClock Club member, it’s your responsibility to ensure you are able to return the bag order within the allotted time frame; whether that’s three months or one month (for our most in-demand bags). Regardless of where you are, your membership requirements still apply, and members who are unable to return their bags in time can either be charged late fees or asked to purchase the bag in lieu of returning it.

If you fail to return a bag by the required date, you will be liable for a late fee of £10 per business day until the bag is returned. Any bags not returned after 4 weeks will be considered as not returned, and the member will be liable to pay the full RRP value of the bag.
