We’re not just a marketplace — we’re the trusted platform that makes it all possible. From secure payment processing to renter verification and item protection, we’re here to ensure both owners and renters have a smooth, safe experience. You supply the fashion, we handle the rest.
Who can join 12 O’Clock Club?
Anyone aged 18 or over can apply. All members must complete an ID verification process before approval.
Is membership limited?
Yes, to maintain exclusivity. If we’re full, you’ll be placed on a waiting list and notified when a space becomes available.
Can I rejoin after my term ends?
You must reapply and join the waiting list again. Re-entry is based on past member history.
How many bags can I borrow at once?
One bag at a time.
How often can I swap bags?
You can swap every 28 days, as long as the current bag has been returned. Extra swaps cost £20 each (subject to availability).
How do I return a bag?
Use the original packaging provided or secure protective packaging. Late returns incur a fee of £15/day.
