What happens if a bag is lost or damaged?

If a bag is not returned or is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, 12 O’Clock Club reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs. These costs may be deducted from your payment method, credit balance, holding fee, deposit, or may result in membership termination.
