Yes, to maintain exclusivity. If we’re full, you’ll be placed on a waiting list and notified when a space becomes available.

 You must reapply and join the waiting list again. Re-entry is based on past member history.

You can join for:

  • 6 months
  • 12 months

All plans must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.

 Prices vary depending on your chosen plan. Example: the Devoted Plan costs £1,679.88 annually.

All membership payments can be made through monthly billing.

One bag at a time.

 You can swap every 28 days, as long as the current bag has been returned. Extra swaps cost £20 each (subject to availability).

Use the original packaging provided or secure protective packaging. Late returns incur a fee of £15/day.

You’ll be charged £15 per day until we receive the item. Excessive lateness may result in:
  • Membership termination
  • Debt collection referral
  • Full retail value charge
  • Negative credit reporting

 You’ll be charged based on repair costs—or up to the full retail value of the bag. Non-payment will lead to legal action.

 Doing so will result in:
  • Permanent ban
  • Full value charge
  • Legal action and debt recovery
  • Credit score impact

No. Bags must only be used by the verified member. Commercial use, modification, or third-party sharing is prohibited.

Violations will result in:
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Legal action
  • Debt collection referrals

All bags are authenticated by our in-house team. Limited edition pieces are verified by trusted third-party services who provide certification.

Bag condition varies — some are brand new, others have light wear. All are rated at least 7/10 and professionally cleaned by our partner, KleanKicks, after each use.

A separate feature allowing users to rent or lend designer bags, clothes, shoes, and accessories to each other.

Yes, identity verification is mandatory for both Renters and Lenders.

  • Renters must inspect and care for items, and return them on time.
  • Lenders must ensure items are authentic, clean, and in excellent condition.

Late fee: £15 per day

Excessively dirty returns may incur a cleaning fee.
